A beautiful English Countryside Wedding wearing Phillipa Lepley Couture
The bride wore Phillipa Lepley couture for her beautiful English Countryside wedding.
For her intimate wedding in the heart of London, Phillipa Lepley bride Amelia chose an effortlessly refined gown that perfectly echoed the understated beauty of her day.
Crafted entirely by hand in the London Atelier, Amelia’s strapless gown was made from lightweight ivory satin, sculpted to her form through Phillipa Lepley’s signature internal corsetry. The gentle A-line silhouette was designed to feel light and easy to wear, while still offering the defining structure of the corset. Without petticoats, the dress flowed naturally, offering elegant structure while allowing Amelia complete freedom and comfort on the day.
The cool ivory satin, chosen for its fresh, luminous tone, was paired with a detachable ‘Scroll’ lace top – an asymmetrical design that subtly framed the neckline and shoulders and highlighted the intricacy of the lace without overpowering the simplicity of the gown beneath. Finished with an ivory sash at the waist, the overall look was both modern and timeless.
To complete the ensemble, Amelia wore a simple two-tier silk tulle veil and a crystal crescent tiara.
Like every Phillipa Lepley couture gown, Amelia’s dress was brought to life through a series of fittings – each one an opportunity to sculpt, refine, and perfect every element of the design. The couture journey is deeply personal: a calm and considered process held within the privacy of the Chelsea Conservatory. Guided by the expertise of Phillipa’s artisan team, every gown is individually handcrafted with meticulous care, shaped to the bride and her vision with understated artistry.
