Our Made To Order service offers a considered approach to having a signature Phillipa Lepley design with reduced travel. Your chosen design is created in the nearest UK standard size within our London atelier and shipped directly to you, making it ideal for international clients or those unable to attend fittings in London.

Consultation & SelectionYour journey begins with a private appointment at our Chelsea Shop, exploring a curated selection of gowns available for Made to Order. You will have the opportunity to try on styles, experience the Phillipa Lepley craftsmanship first-hand, and discover the silhouette that feels uniquely yours. |

Fit AssessmentOnce your design is chosen, a detailed fit assessment is conducted with our pattern cutter to determine the correct UK standard size and identify any proportion adjustments for the Made To Order route. Measurements may be taken to guide the best possible fit for production. |

Atelier ProductionYour gown is expertly handcrafted in our Londoon Atelier. The production timeline is typically a minimum of four months, depending on design complexity. |

Packing & ShippingBefore leaving the Atelier, your gown undergoes a meticulous quality check to ensure it meets our couture standards. It is then carefully packed and prepared for collection or international shipping. |
CREATION & DELIVERY
Each gown is hand-crafted within a 4-6 months timeframe before being shipped for local alterations, allowing you to achieve the perfect fit close to home.
As this service follows a streamlined approach, certain designs lend themselves more naturally to Made to Order. During your appointment, our team will thoughtfully guide you towards styles that translate beautifully within this design route.
ALTERATIONS
To allow for convenience and flexibility, final alterations on Made To Order dresses are completed locally. We kindly recommend working with an experienced seamstress or tailor, and we are always happy to provide guidance regarding alterations.
