Phillipa Lepley bride Slaney
A silk crepe gown with a detachable pleated Watteau train and long silk tulle veil, paired with a Scroll lace overskirt for a second evening look.
Phillipa Lepley bride K wore a corseted couture gown in ivory duchess satin for her quintessential English countryside wedding.
The gown was developed through a series of fittings, creating soft draping across the front of the bodice and elegant off-the-shoulder straps. A signature internal Phillipa Lepley corset refined the silhouette, moulded precisely to the bride’s body, balanced by a full, sculpted duchess satin skirt.
“I have always dreamed of wearing a bespoke wedding dress, and the simple, elegant lines of Phillipa Lepley’s designs really stood out to me,” she reflects.
The bride collaborated with the atelier’s embellishment team to design a hand-embroidered thistle motif, incorporated into her lace veil. “It was a subtle detail that nobody knew about — I only revealed it to him on the wedding day,” she adds.
