Shot within compelling 17th-century surroundings, the collection reflects Phillipa Lepley’s fascination with detail, texture and form – translated into designs that feel both expressive and timeless.
Feminine Expression
Fresh, playful details bring the collection to life. Textured polka dots, colourful hand-embroidered florals and tiers of decadent French lace are combined with full skirts of billowing Italian silks and soft, airy tulles. Each element is carefully manipulated to create wedding dresses that feel effortless, light and exceptionally crafted.
Iconic Couture
Balancing these softer, more whimsical elements are some of the collection’s most decadent hand-embroidered designs. Motifs are individually drawn and embroidered onto tulle by hand, creating striking statement gowns and dramatic silk tulle veils. Sumptuous duchess satins, moulded over Phillipa’s signature internal corsetry, form timeless silhouettes inspired by the great couture houses of the 1940s and 1950s.

Phillipa Lepley works exclusively with artisan European mills that share her commitment to excellence. Luxurious Italian duchess satin, fine French silk tulle, elaborate French lace and the lightest Italian organzas, gazars and chiffons are selected with care. In dreaming up her exquisite gowns, Phillipa Lepley pays great attention to the choice and combination of fabrics: for some brides, simplicity is the ultimate in luxury couture while others seek an elaborately embellished, voluminous princess dress.
