The organic, natural world has inspired Phillipa’s designs, and the flowers and trees that epitomise British summertime take centre stage, from the delicate, exquisite new Apple & Oak lace to the primroses within her signature Maiden’s Fern embroidery and Constance spry roses. Phillipa’s talented artisans work their magic with luxurious fabrics including chiffon, moiré, georgette, crepe and peau de soie satin; elements like lattice threadwork, 1950s-inspired draping, balletic tulle skirts and buttons charmingly positioned along a scalloped seam require immense precision and skill.
