Diane wears bespoke Phillipa Lepley
Phillipa Lepley bride Diane wore a high-neck, bespoke gown defined by a basque-waist corseted bodice, hand-embroidered with fuchsia, iris, and peony roses.
Phillipa Lepley bride Emily was the epitome of refined grace in her couture silk crepe wedding dress.
During appointments in The Shop on Chelsea’s iconic Fulham Road, Emily fell in love with ‘Auteuil Crepe’ – a contemporary yet timeless design crafted from sumptuous silk crepe.
‘Being in the countryside it was important that my wedding dress reflected the same style, and I absolutely fell in love with the material of this dress. It hangs so beautifully and flows effortlessly when you walk. I also loved the intricate seam and button details, which made it feel really feminine.’

Skillfully cut by hand by artisans in the Phillipa Lepley Atelier, the dress included clever elongating seaming, perfectly placed to flatter and contour the female form. The back neckline met in a low ‘V’ shape on the spine, adding a modern touch to a demure bridal look.
Emily married in her village church, before celebrating the nuptials in an intimate reception at her family home.
